Sign agreement & transfer money from abroard
Sign purchase agreement. (Not necessary)
Transfer remaining amount from abroad (your country), and get evidence (Tor Tor 3) from bank.
Prepare check. -

Transfer owner's name
Transfer owner's name at Land department.
Transfer fee, and tax are paid togethre at this time, which agreed in advance that who pays. -

Transfer owner's name of electric meter
Transfer owner's name of electrical meter.
We can do on behalf of customer if customer gives POA(Power of Authority Letter)
REMARKS
- Transfer foreign currency evidence (Tor Tor 3) is required to transfer owner's name.
- The amount shall be exceeded purchasing price after deduct booking fee.
- Transaction can be devided by several times, but the amount per time shall be more than 2,000 USD.
- Customer has to open bank account in Bangkok to transfer money from abroad.
- The commission paid to us is 3% of purchasing price.
(We help you not only to open bank account, but also transfer owner's name at Land Department, and transfer name of electric meter)
